Sacred Conversations that Help You Listen for God

Spiritual direction is a gentle, guided way to deepen your life with God. Through holy listening and meaningful questions, our trained Christian spiritual directors walk with you as you pay attention to God's presence, movement, and invitation in your life.

What is Spiritual Direction

It's not counseling or mentoring—it's soul-centered companionship.

Spiritual direction is a centuries-old practice that helps you grow in awareness of God’s presence and activity in your life. Your spiritual director is trained to listen prayerfully, ask reflective questions, and create space for you to explore your relationship with God.

This is a space to:

  • Slow down and listen

  • Name your questions, desires, and stirrings

  • Notice where God might be leading

  • Bring your whole self into conversation with the Divine

Whether you're in a season of seeking clarity, wrestling with faith, or longing for deeper intimacy with God, spiritual direction helps you walk with more intention and grace.
