Who We Serve
This is for leaders who give deeply—and need a safe space to be honest.
SoulCARE is designed for pastors and nonprofit leaders who carry the weight of ministry and feel the spiritual cost of constant giving. In the midst of leading others, many leaders quietly face fatigue, disconnection, or isolation. SoulCARE offers a private, supportive space to slow down and reconnect with God—without pressure or performance.
Each year, we welcome a small, intentional cohort into a journey of personal renewal through:
-
Monthly retreats (September–May)
-
Individual spiritual direction
-
Daily prayer practices aligned with monthly themes
-
Community, rest, and joy
It’s more than leadership development—it’s soul transformation.

SoulCARE isn’t a program you sign up for—it’s a journey you discern.
Participation is limited and intentionally curated. Every applicant walks through a discernment process with our SoulCARE leadership team to ensure the experience is a fit for this season of life and leadership.
If you feel a stirring to explore SoulCARE, we invite you to begin that process by joining our interest list or attending an information meeting.
The Discernment Process

Information Meeting
Curious if SoulCARE is right for you?
Start with a conversation.
We host information meetings each May for the SoulCARE cohort beginning that fall. These gatherings are designed to answer your questions, introduce the heart of SoulCARE, and help you begin your own discernment.

Alumni Community
The journey doesn’t end after nine months
—it continues in community.
Graduates of SoulCARE are welcomed into a thriving alumni community with access to ongoing formation, retreats, small groups, spiritual direction, and more. It’s a place to keep growing and keep leading—from a life with God.
