Brad serves on our Board of Directors and a SoulCARE alum. He is husband, father of three daughters, and technology leader at LinkedIn having previously held various church leadership and nonprofit board positions.

Chris joined our WellSpring team in 2024. Prior to that, he spent 17 years at CrossWinds Church, serving as Senior Pastor. An alum of Wheaton College and Fuller Theological Seminary, Chris brings his pastoral experience and passion for investing in the spiritual health of Christian leaders to his role at WellSpring. He leads our WellSpring Staff team, serves on our SoulCARE leadership team, and is a spiritual director.

Donna spent much of her career as Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton Investments during which she oversaw the human resources function throughout a period of rapid growth from less than 200 employees to over 10,000 employees. She was responsible for Franklin’s multiple acquisitions and she supported the expansion of Franklin’s global footprint across 28 countries.

Elton serves on our Board of Directors and is a SoulCARE Alum. He is the CEO of ILUMN Education, an organization dedicated to mentoring students in academic and personal growth. He brings 25+ years of experience in coaching, strategic planning, and social enterprise leadership across for-profit, nonprofit, and faith-based settings.

Jake is on our Board of Directors and is a SoulCARE alum. He comes from a career in the marketplace holding executive positions in product management, business development and engineering at a variety of companies including Avaya, Cisco and WebDialogs, which he founded. Jake recently served as Operations Head at Menlo Church.

Before joining WellSpring, JuneAn spent 20 years as an executive in high-tech, leading global teams in data management and advanced analytics. Alongside her tech career, she also served on ministry Board roles at Menlo Church, Faith and Work Journey, and Denia Bridges Foundation supporting Christian education programs in Spain. JuneAn brings extensive operational experience to WellSpring.

Ken serves on our Board of Directors and is a SoulCARE alum. Ken comes from a career in business, working in a variety of roles for technology companies. Currently, he serves as the vice president of healthcare policy in the strategy and business development group of Omnicell. Ken has served on the boards of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, Jesus Institute, and Langham USA, and as an elder for Menlo Church.

Patti founded WellSpring in 1994. Prior to establishing the ministry, she served as Teaching Leader for Bible Study Fellowship and Minister to Singles at Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. She served as adjunct faculty at Fuller Seminary, teaching a D.Min. program in Spiritual Direction. She also served on the Renovare Institute Team. She leads retreats, is a spiritual director, and also serves on the SoulCARE Leadership team.

Ralph is our Board Chair and leads spiritual formation small groups. He has had broad international experience as a board member of Dyno Nobel, Ensign Bickford, and Applied Food Biotechnology focusing on strategic partnering and acquisitions. He is the retired CEO of Ensign Bickford Industries and a former senior executive of Raychem Corporation.

Richard has been a pastor for 28 years. Most recently he was on staff at Santa Cruz Bible Church, the last five years as Lead Pastor. RIchard is a trained spiritual director, leads groups, retreats and other alumni offerings, as well as coming alongside church staff teams for support. He serves on our SOulCARE Leadership team and leads and hosts our podcast.

Teri comes out of a business career in technology marketing. She served as adjunct faculty at Fuller Seminary teaching a D.Min. program in Spiritual Direction. Teri leads retreats, is a spiritual director, and also serves on the SoulCARE Leadership team
